7. Privacy Option (Optional)

7.1 PHOTOGRAPHER reserves the right to use all images featuring individuals 18 years of age or older for marketing, portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes.

7.2 CLIENT understands that images featuring minors under the age of 18 will not be posted publicly unless written consent is provided by a parent or legal guardian.

7.3 If CLIENT wishes for their images (or images featuring any participant) not to be posted or used publicly, CLIENT must submit a written privacy request prior to final delivery.

7.4 A privacy fee of $150 will apply to offset the loss of marketing value and exposure.

7.5 Without this written request and corresponding fee, CLIENT grants PHOTOGRAPHER full rights to use all images for marketing, advertising, and portfolio purposes.
